Monday: Club sandwich: Lean turkey, honey baked ham, crispy bacon, fresh lettuce, tomato, American and Swiss cheese with a bit of mayo and served with fries.

Tuesday: Pasticcio (Greek Lasagna) Traditional baked noodles in béchamel and tomato sauces with Greek kasseri cheese, ground beef, white onions, garlic and cinnamon. Served with a side salad.

Wednesday: Citrus Orzo with grilled chicken: Orzo tossed in orange citrus dressing with sun dried tomatoes, olives, red onion and topped with feta cheese. Served with grilled chicken souvlaki or traditional beef and lamb gyro.

Thursday: Shish kabobs: Grilled chicken souvlaki with bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, zucchini and olives on a bed of wild rice.

Friday: Souvlaki and Ionian Island salad: Greek village style salad with cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, olives, pepperoncini, green peppers, and feta dressed in olive oil and lemon juice. Chicken souvlaki, pita wedges and tzatziki sauce served on the side.

Monday: Santorini sandwich: Warmed lean turkey sandwich with bacon, avocado, tomato, lettuce, melted cheese and mayo on a toasted roll. Served with choice of either fries or small salad.

Tuesday: Greek-style roasted lemon chicken: Choice of white or dark meat served with pan juices, side of rice, small salad and warm bread.

Wednesday: A rocky mountain tradition: Chicken fried steak with garlic mashed potatoes topped with gravy and served with corn and warm bread.

Thursday: Spaghetti with our “Everything Sauce” of marinara, green and kalamata olives, spicy Italian sausage and mushrooms, served with a side salad and garlic bread.

Friday: Mediterranean Chopped Salad with souvlaki chicken: Fresh greens with cucumber, olives, tomatoes, garbanzo beans, feta, roasted peppers and red onions. Tossed in a light citrus vinaigrette, with pita chips and topped with marinated grilled chicken.
